Partner with community members and stakeholders to shape mediation programs collaboratively
Offer services that reflect the diversity of the community in age, culture, background, and experience
Hold mediations in neighborhoods where disputes occur
Schedule mediations at a time and place convenient for the participants
Support early use of mediation to prevent escalation, reduce conflict, and limit court involvement
